Sun Custom Builders is a privately held construction management firm located in Palm Harbor, Florida. Its founder and state-licensed building contractor, Allan Rosenbaum, has been focused on custom residential and commercial buildings in Pinellas County since 1970.

With nearly 100 years of combined design and construction experience, the Sun Custom team has the expertise to provide our clients with a turnkey experience from project inception through completion.

We work closely with a team of structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to ensure that our projects exceed industry standards and are completed as scheduled. Our subcontractors and tradesman understand that many of our jobs require work to be done after normal business hours, on weekends, and even on holidays. Our core group of subcontractors has worked with us in excess of thirty years.
