Bruce manages preconstruction services on all negotiated work and coordinates all estimating, project pre-planning, value-engineering, and subcontractor bidding strategies. He also works directly with Pat to ensure that Sun Custom’s performance meets or exceeds our client’s expectations.

Bruce learned the construction business the old-fashioned way — as a laborer in his father’s construction business. Working every summer during high school and college, he gained invaluable hands-on experience. He has an extensive background in both field supervision and project management on a variety of projects, from custom residences to large commercial projects. Bruce is a proud alumnus of Florida State University with a degree in Finance.

Bruce, his girlfriend, and their precious mutt “Shred-Betty” live in Delightful Dunedin. If you’re in town, you have a good chance of spotting them at their favorite craft brewery, 7th Sun. Bruce is also an outdoor enthusiast, especially enjoying snowboarding fresh powder and surfing glassy waves.
