Pat oversees all field operations and makes daily visits to each jobsite to review progress and monitor milestone achievements. Quality control and reliable budget management are his top priorities on every project. He successfully manages complex construction projects, accelerated time schedules, and thrives in challenging environments.

Pat has worked in the industry for more than 25 years. His background includes renovation, tenant build-outs, and new construction in both the residential and commercial sectors. Pat started out in the footsteps of his father and father’s family, which gives him an extensive background in plumbing and coordinating with the trades. From his many years in the business, Pat understands the importance of customer relations, honesty, and communication. Pat’s love is helping a customer build his or her vision for a competitive cost.

Pat and his wife have three cats and one small but bossy dog. Besides Sunday’s with his wife and helping clients build their dreams, his other passion is all things horses. Pat grew up on a small horse farm and now his rare vacations are usually to a ranch somewhere out West.
