Founder of Sun Custom, Allan started the company in 1980. Today he still serves as President and is the company’s active license holder. Allan brings more than 40 years of experience in construction projects and invaluable counsel from project design to completion. Building in Florida since 1970, he has a keen awareness of the construction business climate as well as the many changes that have occurred in the hurricane building code. He has built over 1200 homes in Pinellas County, with the majority of the homes being his original design.

Allan moved to Florida in 1969 and immediately began his career in the construction industry. He obtained his contractor’s license in 1974 and has maintained an active status ever since. In addition to his builder’s license, Allan is also an active Florida real estate broker. (Sun Custom Realty)

Allan and his wife of 51 years have three children and four grandchildren. In addition to spending time with his family, Allan enjoys taking trips in his RV, riding his motorcycle, and piloting Cessna airplanes throughout Florida.
